WHERE WE SHIP FROM
Our central warehouses are located in Jarque de Moncayo (Spain). All orders are prepared in special boxes adapted for transporting footwear with easy opening and are sent to Spain.
WHO DELIVERS IT TO YOU:
The company is GLS. Or the company that Grandpa Development, S.L determines at the time.
Shipping takes between 24-72 business hours inSpain, or 3-7 days in Europe.
Delivery is made between 08:00 and 20:00 hours. In case of absence, the transport agency will contact the customer to arrange a delivery on the date and time that best suits them.
SHIPPING COSTS:
On all purchases, shipping costs are free as long as they exceed €50 for orders in Spain (mainland). The shipping cost for orders under €49.95 will be €4.5.
NATIONAL
National shipments leave our warehouse the next business day after the order is prepared.
Shipments are free for orders over €50 for the peninsula. Orders under €50 will have an additional shipping cost of: €4.5
For shipments outside the peninsula, the following surcharges will apply:
Major Balearic Islands: €2.5
Minor Balearic Islands: €4.5
INTERNATIONAL
Portugal, €1.0 (except Madeira and Azores)
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Netherlands, Poland: €2.5

SHIPMENT TRACKING:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email indicating that it has left our warehouses. Once it reaches the logistics center of the logistics company, you can track the order by clicking on the link that we sent you in the shipping confirmation email.
