Exchange process.

Grandpa Developments, S.L.., (hereinafter GD, S.L..,) provides the customer with all the information to be able to make their choice with the greatest possible guarantee.
In this sense, GD, S.L.., builds the following tools for the correct choice of each product by the customer:
Presentation with photographs of the products for their correct visualization and identification of shape, color and design.
However, if it is still necessary to make a change for reasons beyond the control of GD, S.L., the customer will have 14 calendar days to make said change, provided that the following requirements are met:
The products are packed in their original packaging (products that have been opened, unsealed or the packaging is broken at any point will not be considered) and in perfect condition.
The products have not been used or washed at any time and by any procedure.
All original references such as labels, instructions for use or stickers are preserved.
All components that were original to the product and were in the same packaging are returned.
CHANGES IN COLOUR, SIZE OR RETURN FOR REFUND
Please notify by e-mail: returns@waalsbarefoot.com
To make the return, the customer must send an e-mail to the e-mail address returns@waalsbarefoot.com. In it, the customer must write the subject: “Change”, write the order number and date of purchase and indicate the reason for said change.
Once GD, S.L.., authorizes said change in writing to the customer, the customer will send by their own means and with the shipment with postage paid to the postal address of GD, S.L.., at Avda. Aragón,8 , 50.258 Jarque de Moncayo, Zaragoza. the product to be exchanged.
In the package, you must include all the elements and components that were original to the product and were in the same packaging.
Once the merchandise has been received, GD, S.L. will make the necessary checks to ensure that all the above requirements are met and, if so, will exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost to the customer and informing them in advance.
In all cases, GD, S.L. will only accept one exchange per product and order.

Important information:
All returned products must be in their original and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
A €2.5 exchange fee will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
A €5.0 return fee will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
The deadline for making a return is 14 days from receipt of the order.
